对中国城镇小型医院人力资源管理问题的调查分析

【摘要】：目的:为了定义中国城镇小型医院的人力资源管理问题;为了找到具体的6个被调查的城镇小型医院在人力资源方面的缺陷;以便提出可行性的解决方案提高医院的可持续发展。方法:本论文主要运用了调查问卷的方式找出了中国城镇小型医院在人力资源管理方面的不足。结果:通过收集城镇小型医院的调查问卷发现其在招聘、选择、人力资源现状、报酬管理、绩效管理、培训以及职业规划等人力资源上存在问题。结论:中国城镇小型医院在人力资源上存在的问题是与中国整个历史的发展分不开的。中国传统的教育结构、教育改革的完善程度;历史文化的发展;政策法规的颁布和经济的发展,这些方面都是引发城镇小型医院人力资源管理问题的关键因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to define the problem of human resource management in small hospitals in cities and towns in China, and to find out the defects of human resources in six small hospitals in cities and towns. In order to put forward a feasible solution to improve the sustainable development of the hospital. Methods: this paper mainly uses the questionnaire to find out the shortage of human resource management in the small hospitals in cities and towns in China. Results: it was found that there were some problems in recruitment, selection, present situation of human resources, compensation management, performance management, training and career planning by collecting questionnaires from small hospitals in cities and towns. Conclusion: the problems in human resources of small hospitals in Chinese cities and towns are closely related to the development of the whole history of China. The traditional educational structure, the perfect degree of educational reform, the development of history and culture, the promulgation of policies and regulations and the development of economy are all the key factors that lead to the human resource management of small hospitals in cities and towns.
