我国乒乓球人力资源利用效应及发展对策研究——以天津市为例

【摘要】：保障乒乓球人力资源的可持续发展是我国乒乓球项目长盛不衰的重要保证。运用问卷调查、数理统计和实证分析等研究方法,开展对天津市乒乓球人力资源发展的投入与产出、人力资源利用效率及其代价的调查研究。研究认为,天津市乒乓球人力资源利用效率低下、乒乓球人才浪费与流失严重是天津乒乓球发展失衡,大众乒乓球发展滞后,乒乓球的社会边际效应不佳的重要原因。对此提出以环境经济理论为导向,变革当前的乒乓球发展模式,通过构筑资源循环型发展方式的理论与实践体系,使乒乓球事业以最小的资源代价获得最大化的资源效应,为实现我国奥运战略和全民健身战略服务,为政府以及相关部门制定促进民生建设的社区公共体育资源配置政策提供理论与实证依据。
[Abstract]:To ensure the sustainable development of table tennis human resources is an important guarantee for the prosperity of table tennis events in China. By means of questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and empirical analysis, this paper makes an investigation and research on the input and output of human resource development, the efficiency of human resource utilization and its cost in table tennis in Tianjin. It is considered that the low utilization efficiency of human resources of table tennis in Tianjin and the serious wastage and loss of talents are the important reasons for the imbalance of the development of Tianjin table tennis, the lag of the development of popular table tennis, and the poor social marginal effect of table tennis. In order to maximize the resource effect of table tennis with the minimum cost of resources, it is proposed to change the current development mode of table tennis by taking the environmental economy theory as the guide, and to construct the theory and practice system of the resource circulation development mode. In order to realize the strategy of Olympic Games and National Fitness Strategy of our country, and to provide theoretical and empirical basis for the government and related departments to make the allocation policy of community public sports resources to promote the construction of people's livelihood.
