我国体育旅游人才的需求特征、定位与支撑体系

【摘要】:体育旅游是旅游产业和体育产业深度融合的新兴产业形态,大力发展体育旅游,对于丰富旅游产品体系、拓展旅游消费空间、推动全民健身和全民健康深度融合、推动体育产业具有十分重要的意义。本文综合运用文献资料和对比分析的研究方法,从人力资源管理视角对我国体育旅游人才的需求特征、定位与支撑体系进行研究。认为:人力资源是体育旅游获得发展的首要因素;体育旅游人才目前存在量的短缺、质的匮乏、结构失调和来源短缺等问题;发展体育旅游的策略在于明确体育旅游人才的特征和范畴,通过建立人才预测体系,构建人才规划体系,健全人才开发体系,完善人才激励体系,设计人才流动体系,构建体育旅游人才支撑体系,保障体育旅游业的快速发展。
[Abstract]:Sports tourism is a new industrial form of deep integration of tourism industry and sports industry. Vigorously developing sports tourism can enrich the system of tourism products, expand tourism consumption space, and promote the deep integration of national fitness and national health. It is of great significance to promote the sports industry. This paper studies the demand characteristics, positioning and supporting system of sports tourism talents in China from the perspective of human resource management by using the research methods of literature and comparative analysis. The author holds that human resource is the primary factor for the development of sports tourism, and that there are some problems such as shortage of quantity, shortage of quality, structural imbalance and shortage of source, etc. The strategy of developing sports tourism lies in defining the characteristics and categories of sports tourism talents, establishing a talent forecasting system, constructing a talent planning system, perfecting a talent development system, perfecting a talent incentive system, and designing a talent flow system. Construct sports tourism talent support system to ensure the rapid development of sports tourism.
