【摘要】：正通过一定程序、放开一定政策,把全国百所示范性高职院校乃至另100所骨干高职院校升级为新型本科学校是切实可行之路。随着十八届三中全会所确立的全面深化改革战略的有序推进,教育领域综合改革的命题引起了越来越广泛的关注和重视,如何以教育改革的新成果支持和支撑我国经济的转型升级和社会的和谐建设,进而为全面建成小康社会提供强大而合理的人力资源保障和人才支撑,其中重要的是要在继续扩大高层次人才供应的同时,切实优化高层次人才的培养结
