基于区间直觉不确定语言信息的多属性决策方法研究

【摘要】：多属性决策是现代决策科学、系统工程、管理科学和运筹学等学科的一个新的研究领域,其理论和方法在政治、经济、文化和科技等诸多领域都有着广泛的应用。然而由于决策问题的复杂性和不确定性,以及决策者知识的局限性和思维的模糊性,使得决策者很难做出确切、合理和客观的决策结果。直觉模糊集和不确定语言的多属性决策方法的出现,能够很好的解决决策结果的不确定性。为了进一步扩展直觉模糊集的应用范围,本文受区间直觉模糊集和直觉不确定语言集理论的启示,将直觉语言集的隶属度和非隶属度扩展为区间数,语言信息扩展为不确定语言,给出了区间直觉不确定语言变量的相关概念,研究了区间直觉不确定语言的基本理论和方法,并对区间直觉不确定语言多属性决策方法进行了深入研究,取得了如下研究成果:(1)本文对区间直觉不确定语言变量(IVIULN)的概念、运算规则和性质进行了研究,给出了任意IVIULN的期望、精确函数和任意两个IVIULN的标准Hamming距离公式及大小比较方法。(2)本文将区间直觉不确定语言信息引入一般化集成(GOWA、GHWA)算子和依赖型算子之中,形成了区间直觉不确定语言的一般化集成算子(IVIULGOWA、IVIULGHWA、IVIULDWGA)和区间直觉不确定语言的依赖型算子(IVIULDOWG、IVIULDHG),并研究了这些算子的性质。同时,提出了基于IVIULGOWA、IVIULGHWA和IVIULWGA、IVIULDHG算子的区间直觉不确定语言多属性决策方法。(3)本文针对对方案存在主、客观偏好的区间直觉不确定语言信息多属性决策问题,提出了对方案无偏好、属性权重已知的TOPSIS方法和对方案有偏好、属性权重未知的决策方法。(4)本文针对属性权重未知和存在主、客观赋权方法的区间直觉不确定语言信息多属性决策问题,提出了基于离差最大化客观赋权的决策方法和基于综合评价值平方和组合赋权的灰色关联分析方法。
[Abstract]:Multi-attribute decision making is a new research field in modern decision-making science, system engineering, management science and operational research. Its theory and methods are widely used in many fields, such as politics, economy, culture and science and technology. However, due to the complexity and uncertainty of the decision making problem, the limitation of the decision makers' knowledge and the fuzziness of thinking, it is very difficult for the decision makers to make the exact, reasonable and objective decision results. The emergence of intuitionistic fuzzy sets and uncertain language multi-attribute decision making methods can solve the uncertainty of decision results well. In order to extend the scope of application of intuitionistic fuzzy sets, this paper, inspired by the theory of interval intuitionistic fuzzy sets and intuitionistic uncertain language sets, extends the membership and non-membership degrees of intuitionistic language sets to interval numbers. Language information is extended to uncertain language. The concepts of interval intuitionistic uncertain language variables are given, and the basic theories and methods of interval intuitionistic uncertain language are studied. In this paper, the concept, operation rules and properties of interval intuitionistic uncertain language variable (IVIULN) are studied. In this paper, the expectation, exact function, standard Hamming distance formula and size comparison method of arbitrary IVIULN are given. (2) in this paper, interval intuitionistic uncertain language information is introduced into the generalized integrated Gowaghwa) operator and the dependent operator. The general integration operators of interval intuitionistic uncertain languages (IVIULDWGA) and the dependent operators of interval intuitionistic uncertain languages (IVIULDOWGW / IVIULDHGG) are formed, and the properties of these operators are studied. At the same time, an interval intuitionistic uncertain language multi-attribute decision making method based on IVIULGWA and IVIULGWA and IVIULAWAIVIULDHG operator is proposed. TOPSIS method with known attribute weight and decision method with preference to scheme and unknown attribute weight.) in this paper, the interval intuitionistic uncertain language information multi-attribute decision making problem of attribute weight unknown and subjective and objective weighting method is discussed. A decision method based on objective weight of deviation maximization and a grey relational analysis method based on the sum of square sum of comprehensive evaluation value are proposed.
