【摘要】：正"拔示巴综合征"(BathshebaSyndrome)来源于这样一个简单故事:拔示巴(Bathsheba)是一个美女,她丈夫的上司大卫爱上了她。大卫不仅使拔示巴怀孕,还借故杀死了拔示巴的丈夫乌利亚,和她结了婚,最后一步一步地走向罪恶的深渊。这个故事被用来形容位高权重者因为权力失控导致的道德沦丧。权力会带来特权和便利,使领导者比追随者更有机会放纵自己。领导者也是组织中的普通人,会因个人的意志、情绪、认知等的失控而
[Abstract]:Bathsheba Syndrome comes from a simple story: Bathsheba is a beautiful woman, and her husband's boss, David, falls in love with her. Not only did David conceive Bathsheba, but he killed Uriah, Bathsheba's husband, married her, and went one last step to the abyss of sin. The story is used to describe the moral decay of the powerful as a result of the loss of power. Power brings privileges and conveniences, giving leaders a better chance of indulging than their followers. A leader is also an ordinary person in an organization who loses control of his will, mood, cognition, etc.
