合肥财经学院学生报考公务员现象调查研究

【摘要】:从1994年我国实行公务员考试制度至今,报考公务员考试的人数是越来越多,公考热已经成为社会热点问题。本文结合近年来报考公务员人数的变化趋势分析公考热背后的原因及影响。以及目前在国家对公务员政策调整的背景下,调查研究合肥财经学院作为高职高专类大学生报考公务员的具体表现,分析其原因并提出相应对策。本文主要阐述了我国公务员制度的发展以及大学生报考公务员现象的兴起于发展、大学生报考公务员的表现。在借鉴前人文献的基础上,分析大学生报考公务员热现象所带来的积极影响和消极影响。对于合肥财经学院的学生报考公务员现象的调查首先采用调查问卷的方法对即将毕业的大学生随机发放200份问卷,对有效回收的188份问卷实施分析。其次采用访谈法有针对性的对6个班级在综合测评中分数的高、中、低三个层次的学生进行访谈,每班分别是2人。通过统计结果发现大学生报考公务员出现的问题,首先,我国的公务员考试制度还不够完善。其次,学生自身素质的不足。最后就业形势的压力。针对这些问题提出了引导学生理性报考公务员的对策:第一,完善公务员制度。第二,学校改变人才培养模式,完善就业指导体系。第三,转变学生就业观念,加强思想道德教育等方面来对学生的择业和报考公务员意向进行科学指导,促进社会和谐发展。
[Abstract]:Since 1994, the civil servant examination system has been put into practice in our country, and the number of people applying for the civil servant examination is more and more. Public examination fever has become a hot social issue. This paper analyzes the reasons and effects behind the public examination fever combined with the changing trend of the number of civil servants in recent years, and at present, under the background of the adjustment of the national civil servant policy. This paper investigates and studies the concrete performance of Hefei Institute of Finance and Economics as a civil servant of higher vocational college students. This paper mainly expounds the development of our civil service system and the rise and development of the phenomenon of college students applying for civil servants. The performance of university students applying for civil servants. On the basis of reference of previous literature. This paper analyzes the positive and negative effects of the hot phenomenon of college students applying for civil servants. The investigation of the phenomenon of students applying for civil servants in Hefei Institute of Finance and Economics first adopted the method of questionnaire to random the college students who are about to graduate. 200 questionnaires were distributed. The effective recovery of 188 questionnaires to carry out the analysis. Secondly, the use of interviews targeted at 6 classes in the comprehensive assessment of high, middle, low three levels of students to interview. There are two students in each class. Through the statistical results, we find the problems of university students applying for civil servants. Firstly, the examination system of civil servants in our country is not perfect enough. Secondly. The shortage of students' own quality and the pressure of the employment situation. In view of these problems, the author puts forward some countermeasures to guide students to apply for civil servants rationally: first, to perfect the civil service system; second, to change the training mode of talents in schools. Third, change students' employment concept, strengthen ideological and moral education to guide students to choose a career and apply for civil servants' intention to promote the harmonious development of society.
