【摘要】：政府网站原生数字政务信息内容丰富,具有公共性、原创性、易逝性等特点,将其纳入图书馆馆藏建设中具有重要的现实意义。文章在分析政府网站原生数字政务信息馆藏建设框架的基础上,构建了政府网站原生数字政务信息资源馆藏建设模式,着重从组织协作机制、Web采集保存方法、自动化任务分配管理系统构建和馆藏信息服务4个方面提出政府网站原生数字政务信息资源馆藏建设的具体实施策略。
[Abstract]:The original digital government information of the government website is rich in content, with the characteristics of publicity, originality, perishable and so on. It is of great practical significance to bring it into the library collection construction. This paper analyzes the framework of the construction of the original digital government information collection on the government website. This paper constructs the construction mode of government website primary digital government information resource collection, focusing on the method of Web collection and preservation from the organization and cooperation mechanism. The construction of automatic task allocation management system and the collection information service are discussed in this paper. The concrete implementation strategies of the collection construction of the original digital government information resources on the government website are put forward.
