慈善文化的多层性与核心价值观的引领

【摘要】：作为慈善事业健康发展的动力,慈善文化以慈善动机、慈善价值观及其外化的慈善行为为主要形式,通过改变旧慈善观、传播并巩固新慈善观,实现对慈善事业发展的影响。目前,慈善文化领域存在着多层性问题,即伪善——慈善作为手段、下善——慈善作为目的、上善——慈善作为义务、至善——慈善作为利他与利己的统一。为此,必须以社会主义核心价值为魂,规制伪善,反对下善,主张上善,倡导至善,形塑中国特色社会主义慈善文化。在整体引领上,要以崇德向善为价值导向,使慈善文化与核心价值观始终保持一致。在分层引领上,对于伪善与下善,要始终坚持法治精神,并对慈善政策进行道德评估;对于上善与至善,要始终坚持共享精神。
[Abstract]:As the driving force of the healthy development of philanthropy, philanthropy culture takes the charity motive, charity values and its externalized charity behavior as the main form, through changing the old view of charity, spread and consolidate the new view of charity. At present, there are many problems in the field of charity culture, that is, hypocrisy-charity as a means, good-charity as the purpose, and the upper good-charity as the obligation. Charity is the unity of altruism and self-interest. Therefore, we must take the socialist core value as the soul, regulate hypocrisy, oppose the next good, advocate the best, advocate the best, and shape the socialist charity culture with Chinese characteristics. In order to keep the charity culture consistent with the core values, we should always adhere to the spirit of rule of law for hypocrisy and hypocrisy, and conduct moral evaluation on charity policy. We must always adhere to the spirit of sharing.
