边疆少数民族地区政治文化安全面临的挑战及其对策研究

【摘要】：我国是一个统一的多民族国家,边疆少数民族地区是我国领土不可分割的重要组成部分。边疆少数民族地区的稳定和发展关系着整个中国的稳定和发展,其中政治文化也发挥着至关重要的作用。政治文化作为政治学的主要概念,其作用不仅仅体现在政治学理论研究方面,在现实生活中它也扮演着重要角色。其正负作用的发挥取决于它本质正确与否。正所谓,先进政治文化带来的是有利于发展的正能量,而落后政治文化的负能量对国家的发展和稳定百害而无一益。当前,我国尤其是边疆少数民族地区政治文化面临着诸多挑战和威胁,其安全急需维护。因此,从理论上研究维护边疆少数民族地区政治文化安全应该被当做一项重要工作提上日程。对于边疆少数民族地区政治文化安全维护的相关研究拓展了政治学理论的内容和外延,在现实中对增强民族凝聚力、维护边疆少数民族地区稳定以及实现边疆少数民族地区发展都益处良多。本文从边疆少数民族地区政治文化现状和特点出发,揭示了边疆少数民族地区政治文化存在的安全问题,进而从国内和国外两个角度全面分析了边疆少数民族地区政治文化安全面临的挑战及其制约因素,提出了维护其政治文化安全的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:China is a unified multi-ethnic country, and the borderland ethnic minority areas are an inseparable and important part of our territory. The stability and development of the frontier ethnic minority areas are closely related to the stability and development of the whole of China. Political culture, as the main concept of political science, is not only reflected in the theoretical research of political science, but also plays an important role. It also plays an important role in real life. Its positive and negative effects depend on whether it is correct or not. However, the negative energy of backward political culture is of no benefit to the development and stability of the country. At present, the political culture in our country, especially in the border ethnic minority areas, is facing many challenges and threats, and its security is in urgent need of maintenance. Theoretically, the research on maintaining the political and cultural security in the frontier ethnic minority areas should be regarded as an important task on the agenda. The related research on the maintenance of the political and cultural security in the frontier ethnic minority areas has expanded the content and extension of the political science theory. In reality, it is beneficial to strengthen the national cohesion, maintain the stability of the frontier minority areas and realize the development of the frontier ethnic minority areas. This paper proceeds from the political and cultural situation and characteristics of the frontier ethnic minority areas. This paper reveals the security problems existing in the political culture of the frontier ethnic minority areas, and then comprehensively analyzes the challenges and restrictive factors of the political and cultural security in the frontier ethnic minority areas from both the domestic and the foreign perspectives. The countermeasures and suggestions to maintain its political and cultural security are put forward.
