当前我国制度反腐的宏观策略、路径依赖与现实对策分析——新制度主义的视角

【摘要】：当前反腐已经成为我国全面深化改革和推进国家治理现代化的突破口,在反腐的载体上,经历了运动式反腐与权力反腐之后,依托制度进行反腐已经取得社会共识。而制度反腐既需要总结历次反腐的经验,也需借鉴其他国家的制度设计,关键是要将制度反腐建设落脚到国家治理框架内。从新制度主义视角对制度反腐的进程加以研究,对于明确制度反腐过程中的阻力,推进制度反腐的进程具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:At present, anti-corruption has become a breakthrough in comprehensively deepening the reform and promoting the modernization of national governance in our country. In the carrier of anti-corruption, after experiencing the campaign of anti-corruption and the anti-corruption of power, Relying on the system to fight corruption has gained social consensus. And institutional anti-corruption needs to sum up the experience of previous anti-corruption, but also need to learn from the institutional design of other countries. The key is to put the construction of institutional anti-corruption into the framework of national governance, and to study the process of institutional anti-corruption from the perspective of new institutionalism is of great significance to clarify the resistance in the process of institutional anti-corruption and to promote the process of institutional anti-corruption.
