社会影响力投资在我国NPO组织中的运用研究

【摘要】：中国NPO组织长期以来一直扮演着重要角色,服务社会不同层面,同时为各社区提供革新的社会服务,解决多种社会问题,推动社会和谐发展。然而,社会问题变得越来越复杂,传统的服务传递模式可能不足以应对复杂的社会问题。NPO组织的可持续性是重要因素之一,而谈到可持续性,很多人则会考虑到天然资源的运用及我们所居住的地球。近期,有关环境改变及过度开采资源的研究再度唤醒我们,在追求经济的同时,不能忽视环境保护的重要性以及社会的可持续发展。德鲁克在《21世纪的管理挑战》提到,步入21世纪的管理执行者应该是一个倡导改变的领导者,领导者知晓“改变”背后蕴藏“机会”,应该为持续改变做好准备,并制定适当的政策,以持续提升其机构的效率和创新性。因此,要解决当今复杂的社会问题,社会创新和有效的跨界合作是一个具有优势的服务传递策略,以满足社会需要,同时是一个很值得我们学习的模式。社会影响力投资有别于传统捐款捐助模式和慈善模式,它能更好解决社会问题,保证NPO组织资金可持续性的一种创新模式。本文结合案例,研究非营利组织如何以创新及跨界方法处理社会问题,如何以社会影响力投资实现资本与公益的结合,让NPO组织具有更大的发展潜力,具有可持续发展的能力是一个值得研究的问题。通过国内外案例分析,得出研究结论:社会影响力投资的效果可以评估。
[Abstract]:For a long time, NPO organizations in China have been playing an important role in serving different levels of society. At the same time, they provide innovative social services to communities, solve various social problems and promote the harmonious development of society.However, social issues are becoming more and more complex, and traditional service delivery models may not be sufficient to deal with complex social problems. The sustainability of NPO organizations is one of the important factors, and when it comes to sustainability,Many people take into account the use of natural resources and the earth we live on.Recently, the research on environmental change and over-exploitation of resources has awakened us once again, while pursuing the economy, we should not ignore the importance of environmental protection and the sustainable development of society.Drucker notes in the Management Challenge of the 21st Century that management executives entering the 21st century should be leaders who advocate change, who know that there are "opportunities" behind "change" and should be prepared for sustained change.Appropriate policies are in place to continuously enhance the efficiency and innovation of their institutions.Therefore, to solve the complex social problems, social innovation and effective cross-border cooperation is an advantageous service delivery strategy to meet the needs of society, and it is also a model worthy of our study.Social impact investment is different from the traditional donation and charity models. It can better solve social problems and ensure the sustainability of NPO organization funds.This paper studies how non-profit organizations deal with social problems with innovative and cross-border methods and how to use social influence investment to realize the combination of capital and public welfare, so that NPO organizations have greater development potential.The ability to develop sustainably is a problem worth studying.Through the case analysis at home and abroad, the conclusion is drawn: the effect of social influence investment can be evaluated.
