【摘要】：充分发挥青年社会组织作用,是提高共青团组织对青年的吸引力和凝聚力,不断扩大共青团整体工作横向纵向覆盖面的重要抓手。因此,如何主动寻找联系、培育孵化青年社会组织,将青年社会组织的作用充分发挥出来就显得十分重要。论文旨在通过系统性调查、典型性分析、重点性研究等方式理清、搞懂、摸透昆明市辖区内青年社会组织作用发挥过程中的特点和存在问题,进一步探索出昆明市辖区内青年社会组织更好发挥作用的策略。论文通过分析昆明市辖区内青年社会组织的基本现状、运行特点和作用发挥机制,剖析昆明市辖区内青年社会组织作用发挥过程中存在的缺合法身份、缺政府支持、缺稳定资金等瓶颈,运用调查问卷、文献研究、理论分析、深度访谈等方法,借鉴成都市、四川团省委、成都团市委助推青年社会组织发挥作用的经验,进而提出政府层面营造支持环境、社会层面推进组织发展、共青团层面发挥枢纽作用、自身层面完善组织要素四个充分发挥昆明青年社会组织作用的路径和对策。
[Abstract]:Giving full play to the role of the youth social organization is an important grasp to improve the attraction and cohesion of the Youth League to the youth and to continuously expand the horizontal and vertical coverage of the whole work of the Communist Youth League. Therefore, it is very important to find out the connection actively, cultivate the young social organization and give full play to the role of the youth social organization. The purpose of this paper is to clarify, understand and understand the characteristics and problems existing in the process of exerting the role of youth social organizations in Kunming City by means of systematic investigation, typical analysis, and key research. Further explore the Kunming area of youth social organizations play a better role in the strategy. Based on the analysis of the basic situation, operational characteristics and function mechanism of the youth social organizations in the district of Kunming, this paper analyzes the lack of legal identity and government support in the process of exerting the role of the youth social organizations in the area of Kunming. Lack of stable funds and other bottlenecks, using questionnaire, literature research, theoretical analysis, in-depth interviews and other methods, learn from Chengdu, Sichuan Communist Party Committee, Chengdu Communist Party Committee to promote the role of youth social organizations experience, Furthermore, the paper puts forward four ways and countermeasures to give full play to the role of Kunming youth social organization at the level of government, to promote organizational development at the social level, to play a pivotal role at the level of Communist Youth League, and to improve the organizational elements at their own level.
