【摘要】：作为马克思主义民族理论中国化最鲜明的体现,中国共产党的中华民族观是中国特色民族国家构建和民族理论的逻辑支点,是中国共产党制定和实施民族政策、增强血脉意识促进国家统一、带领全国人民实现中华民族伟大复兴“中国梦”的思想基础,同时也是区分形形色色“民族主义”思潮、倡导打造人类命运共同体的精神资源。周恩来的中华民族观是中国共产党中华民族观的重要组成部分,其内涵是指周恩来关于“中华民族”的总体认识和基本看法,包括两个层面的内容,一是对于中华民族的整体认识,一是关于中华民族内部族际关系及其发展的认识。本文由绪论、正文和结语三个部分组成。正文主要包括四个方面的内容。第一个方面是周恩来中华民族观形成的历史背景和理论来源。主要从近代中国半封建半殖民地的社会性质以及周恩来个人的经历入手探讨周恩来中华民族观形成的历史背景;从中国传统文化的民族融合思想、清末民初资产阶级先进知识分子中华民族意识的觉醒和马克思主义民族理论三个方面阐述周恩来中华民族观形成的理论来源。第二个方面是周恩来中华民族观的主要内容,主要论述了周恩来的中华民族形成观、中华民族文化观、中华民族特质观、中华民族族际观、中华民族发展观等问题。第三个方面是周恩来中华民族观的主要特点。本文认为,周恩来的中华民族观是继承性与创新性的统一、阶段性与系统性的统一、民族性与世界性的统一。第四个方面是周恩来中华民族观的当代启示。主要对实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦、新形势下党的民族方针政策、世界其他多民族国家解决民族问题等三个方面进行了论述。
[Abstract]:As the most vivid embodiment of the Sinicization of Marxist national theory, the Chinese view of the Communist Party of China is the logical fulcrum of nation-state construction and national theory with Chinese characteristics, and it is the formulation and implementation of national policies by the Communist Party of China. To strengthen the sense of blood and blood to promote national unity, to lead the people to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation "Chinese Dream" is also the ideological basis of distinguishing all kinds of "nationalism" thoughts and advocating the creation of a community of human destiny. Zhou Enlai's concept of the Chinese nation is an important part of the view of the Chinese nation of the Communist Party of China. One is the overall understanding of the Chinese nation, the other is the understanding of the inter-ethnic relationship and its development within the Chinese nation. This paper consists of three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The main body includes four aspects of the content. The first aspect is the historical background and theoretical source of the formation of Zhou Enlai's view of the Chinese nation. Starting with the social nature of the semi-feudal and semi-colonial society in modern China and Zhou Enlai's personal experience, this paper discusses the historical background of the formation of Zhou Enlai's view of the Chinese nation, and from the perspective of the national integration of Chinese traditional culture, In the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, the awakening of the Chinese national consciousness of the bourgeois advanced intellectuals and the Marxist national theory expounded the theoretical source of the formation of Zhou Enlai's concept of the Chinese nation. The second aspect is the main content of Zhou Enlai's view of the Chinese nation, mainly discusses the Chinese nation formation view, the Chinese nation culture view, the Chinese nation characteristic view, the Chinese nation race view, the Chinese nation development view and so on. The third aspect is the main characteristic of Zhou Enlai's view of the Chinese nation. This paper holds that Zhou Enlai's view of the Chinese nation is the unity of inheritance and innovation, the unity of stage and system, and the unity of nationality and world. The fourth aspect is the contemporary enlightenment of Zhou Enlai's view of the Chinese nation. This paper mainly discusses three aspects: Chinese Dream, the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the Party's national principles and policies under the new situation, and other multi-ethnic countries in the world to solve the ethnic problems.
