论社会组织商业化经营风险的应对策略

【摘要】:社会组织商业化悄然兴起已成全球趋势,如何秉承公益初衷应对风险成为亟待解决的问题。文章描述了社会组织商业化的内在动机和外部诱因,分析了商业化蕴含的潜在风险:慈善文化与商业文化的冲突、组织形象受损、经营失败与使命漂浮。提出了有效应对商业化经营风险的基本策略,即明确组织使命,树立以服务对象为中心的运作观念;走向职业化管理;倡导社会企业家精神;全面实施利害相关者管理。
[Abstract]:The emergence of commercialization of social organizations has become a global trend, and how to deal with risks with the intention of public welfare has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper describes the internal motivation and external inducement of commercialization of social organization, and analyzes the potential risks of commercialization: the conflict between charitable culture and commercial culture, the damage of organization image, the failure of operation and the floating of mission. The basic strategies to deal with the risks of commercial management are put forward, that is, clear organizational mission, set up the concept of service object as the center of operation, move towards professional management, advocate the spirit of social entrepreneurship, and carry out the management of stakeholders in an all-round way.
