智慧城市建设过程中的社会治理问题研究——以沈阳市为例

【摘要】：随着信息技术的发展及大数据应用的普及,智慧城市越来越作为城市社会治理改善及服务提升的重要途径。从社会治理、智慧城市的概念入手,就社会治理的现状及存在的协同性差、信息共享不足、社会棘手问题突出进行分析,并在论述智慧沈阳建设逻辑基础、相互关系、多元主体、目标取向、总体规划及模式、信息开放共享及融合程度建设现状的基础上,对智慧城市社会治理创新在顶层的规划设计、大数据的共建共享、智慧应用的广泛推广及参与主体的多元化建设方面提出对策和建议,以期达到社会治理模式的创新、社会治理程度的精细、社会治理合作的协同、社会治理布局的统一。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology and the popularization of big data, intelligent city is becoming an important way to improve urban social governance and service. Starting with the concept of social governance and intelligent city, this paper analyzes the present situation of social governance and its poor synergy, insufficient information sharing, and social thorny problems, and discusses the logical basis and mutual relationship of the construction of intelligent Shenyang. On the basis of the status quo of multi-subject, goal orientation, general planning and mode, information opening and sharing and the degree of integration, the planning and design of social governance innovation in intelligent cities at the top, big data's co-construction and sharing, In order to achieve the innovation of social governance mode, the fine degree of social governance, the coordination of social governance cooperation and the unity of social governance layout, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the wide application of wisdom and the diversified construction of participating subjects.
