中共陕甘宁边区回族干部政策的经验及启示

【摘要】：陕甘宁边区回族干部政策是中共民族干部政策的成功尝试。回族干部成为中共联系并发动回族群众的重要纽带,有力地支援了中国共产党领导的革命斗争,扩大了统一战线。这一政策的形成缘由、核心支撑和实践过程为中共民族干部政策提供了有益经验和启示。做好新时期民族干部工作,仍须保持对培养民族干部的高度重视,坚持以平等团结为基石,发展并完善专门化的民族干部教育和培养体系。这是充实民族干部队伍、优化结构并形成梯队的必经之路。
[Abstract]:The policy of the Hui nationality cadres in the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region is a successful attempt of the policy of the Chinese Communist Party cadres. The Hui cadres have become an important link of the Communist Party of China and mobilize the Hui people. It has strongly supported the revolutionary struggle led by the Communist Party of China and expanded the United Front. The cause of this policy is the reason for the formation of the policy, and the core support and practice are the cadres' politics of the Communist Party of China. The policy provides useful experience and enlightenment. To do a good job of national cadres in the new period, we must keep a high attention to the cultivation of national cadres, adhere to the foundation of equality and unity, develop and improve the education and training system of specialized ethnic cadres. This is the only way to enrich the ranks of Ethnic Cadres, optimize the structure and form a echelon.
