基于建模技术构建运用大数据分析优化政务的环境

【摘要】：提出应用可视化建模技术,通过梳理构建组织模型、资源模型和过程模型,形成政务领域的业务模型,并通过对模型的完整性检查以及业务过程的模拟,确保业务流程描述的正确性,然后分别从业务模型中提取和整合信息资源,获得统一的业务框架,并根据模型对应的组织、资源、行为、协同和产品等方面的效能因素,进行大数据的采集,为优化政府业务提供定量分析,以指导政府业务优化策略的制定.此业务模型的构建也为建立大数据背景下政府信息资源开发利用的评价奠定基础.
[Abstract]:By combing and constructing organization model, resource model and process model, the business model of government domain is formed, and the integrity of the model and the simulation of business process are also discussed. To ensure the correctness of the business process description, then extract and integrate information resources from the business model, obtain a unified business framework, and according to the organizational, resource, behavior, collaboration and product performance factors corresponding to the model, The collection of big data provides quantitative analysis for optimizing government business and instructs the formulation of government business optimization strategy. The construction of this business model also lays a foundation for the evaluation of the development and utilization of government information resources under the background of big data.
