中国传统政策文化及其对政策科学本土化的价值

【摘要】：政策科学本土化需要从传统文化中汲取营养。在中国传统文化中蕴含了丰富的政策观。道家的自然主义政策观、儒家的中和主义政策观和法家的权治主义政策观,是其中最具代表性的关于政策的思想和文化观念。为推动当代中国政策科学的本土化,有必要深入研究这些传统政策文化的内涵及其现代价值,以便从中汲取有益的养分。传统政策文化对于政策科学本土化的价值主要体现在以下几个方面:为政策科学本土化研究提供翔实的思想资料、丰富的历史经验、可资借鉴的行为模式、中国人特有的价值伦理和中国特色的话语体系。
[Abstract]:The localization of policy science needs to draw nutrition from the traditional culture. In the Chinese traditional culture contains rich policy view. Taoist naturalism policy view, Confucian neutralism policy view and Legalist policy view are the most representative of the policy ideas and cultural concepts. In order to promote the localization of policy science in contemporary China, it is necessary to deeply study the connotation and modern value of these traditional policy cultures so as to draw useful nutrients from them. The value of the traditional policy culture to the localization of policy science is mainly reflected in the following aspects: providing rich ideological data, rich historical experience, and the behavior model for reference for the study of policy science localization. Chinese unique value ethics and Chinese characteristics of the discourse system.
