如何强化乡镇政府服务功能

【摘要】：人民群众是政府公共服务的"顾客",对政府公共服务的评价也应建立类似商品服务那样的"顾客"评价机制。此外,也要根据不同的公共服务项目,探索建立第三方评估机制,充分发挥各类社会组织在公共服务监督评价方面的作用。
[Abstract]:The masses are the "customers" of the government's public service, and the evaluation of the government's public service should also establish the "customer" evaluation mechanism similar to that of the commodity service. In addition, it is necessary to explore the establishment of a third-party evaluation mechanism according to different public service projects to give full play to the role of various social organizations in the supervision and evaluation of public service.
