国家治理体系现代化过程中的人民信任建设

【摘要】：国家治理体系现代化和人民信任建设是相辅相成、互为促进的关系,因而,重视人民信任建设实为治理体系现代化的题中应有之义。长期执政的政党和政府,更要警惕把人民的信任和拥护视为理所当然而忽视人民信任建设问题。当前我国国家治理体系的人民信任情形,可以概括为四点:整体信任,个体存疑;上位信任,下位存疑;年龄群体,信任有别;信任之本,与时俱进。进行人民信任建设,可以从改进工作作风、总结革命和建设经验、从传统政治文化中汲取有益启示等方面进行思考和建构。
[Abstract]:The modernization of the national governance system and the building of the people's trust are mutually reinforcing and promoting each other. Therefore, it is necessary to attach importance to the construction of the people's trust in the modernization of the governance system. Political parties and governments that have been in power for a long time should be wary of taking people's trust and support for granted and ignoring the issue of building people's trust. At present, the situation of people's trust in our country's national governance system can be summarized as four points: whole trust, individual doubt, upper trust, inferior doubt, age group, trust difference, trust foundation, keeping pace with the times. In order to build people's trust, we can think and construct from the aspects of improving work style, summing up the experience of revolution and construction, and drawing useful inspiration from traditional political culture.
