中国共产党对延边朝鲜族的统一战线政策研究

【摘要】：统一战线是中国共产党夺取革命、建设和改革事业胜利的重要法宝,是党执政兴国、实现祖国完全统一和中华民族伟大复兴的“利器”。中国共产党在领导中国革命的实践中,把马克思主义统一战线的基本理论运用于中国实际,在理论和实践上有了新的发展,形成了中国特色的统一战线理论。在延边朝鲜族统一战线的发展历程中,针对不同历史时期的不同情况,我党提出了不同内容的统一战线政策,较好地解决了民族团结、国家统一与政治稳定和经济发展问题。新中国成立后,中国共产党在各个领域对延边少数民族实行扶持和帮助,在工商业、非党知识分子、民族事务、宗教事务、非党派人士方面实施了统战政策。这些措施加强和巩固了统一战线在国家发展、民族团结中的作用。由于我党在延边朝鲜族实行了正确的统战政策,既保持了朝鲜族自身的特色,又促进其与汉族、其他少数民族的交流交往交融,延边朝鲜族统一战线发展取得了巨大的成绩,而延边朝鲜族自治州也已经成为我国民族团结进步事业中的一面旗帜。中国共产党对延边朝鲜族统战政策成功的主要经验有：坚持统一战线的民族性原则,爱国主义是民族统一战线的灵魂,实事求是是推动民族团结的根本,发展民族经济是实现民族平等的根本途径,文化繁荣是促进统战工作的重要手段,坚决贯彻执行民族区域自治政策,始终坚持民族平等、和谐发展的理念。延边朝鲜族民族统一战线发展的成功经验为我国其他边疆少数民族的统战工作竖起了标杆,也为国家的边疆稳定、民族团结提供了某些可资借鉴的思路。为此,我们要坚持以习近平总书记重要讲话精神为指导,巩固壮大民族统一战线；要完善各项政策法规,以政策护航民族地区的跨越发展；积极拓展思路,不断创新统战工作的方式方法；妥善处理少数民族地区与邻国、同祖族国家之间的关系；采取切实措施增强民族的凝聚力和各少数民族对国家的认同感。
[Abstract]:The United Front is an important magic weapon for the Communist Party of China to win victory in the cause of revolution, construction and reform. It is also a "weapon" for the Party to reign and rejuvenate the country, realize the complete reunification of the motherland and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In the course of the development of the Korean United Front in Yanbian, our Party has put forward the united front policy with different contents according to different historical conditions, which has solved the problems of national unity, national unity, political stability and economic development. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, the Communist Party of China supported and helped the Yanbian minority nationalities in various fields, and implemented the United Front Policy in the fields of industry and commerce, non-Party intellectuals, ethnic affairs, religious affairs and non-party personages. These measures strengthened and consolidated the role of the United Front in national development and national unity. The ethnic minorities have implemented the correct united front policy, which not only maintains the characteristics of the Korean nationality, but also promotes the communication and integration with the Han nationality and other ethnic minorities. The development of the Yanbian Korean united front has made great achievements, and the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture has become a banner in the cause of national unity and progress in China. The main experiences of the success of the United Front Policy of the Korean nationality in Yanbian are as follows: adhering to the principle of national character of the United front, patriotism is the soul of the United front, seeking truth from facts is the fundamental to promote national unity, developing national economy is the fundamental way to realize national equality, cultural prosperity is an important means to promote the United Front work, and resolutely carrying out the policy. The successful experience of the development of the Yanbian Korean National United Front has set up a benchmark for the United Front Work of other ethnic minorities in the border areas of China, and has also provided some ideas for the stability of the border areas of the country and national unity. Guided by the spirit of the important speeches made by General Secretary Jinping, we should consolidate and strengthen the National United front; improve policies and regulations to escort the leap-forward development of ethnic areas; actively expand our thinking and constantly innovate the ways and means of united front work; properly handle the relations between ethnic minority areas and neighboring countries, and between ancestral countries; and adopt practical measures. The cohesion of Shi Zengqiang and the sense of national identity of the minority nationalities.
