【摘要】：正推行政府向社会力量购买服务,是创新公共服务提供方式、加快服务业发展、引导有效需求的重要途径,对于深化社会领域改革,推动政府职能转变,整合利用社会资源,增强公众参与意识,激发经济社会活力,增加公共服务供给,提高公共服务水平和效率,都具有重要意义。社会组织的健康发展离不开政府购买服务的资金支持,推进政府职能转变和购买社会力量服务同样离不开社会组织的健康发展。如何形成推广政府购买服务与社会组织健康发展良性
[Abstract]:It is an important way to innovate the way of providing public service, speed up the development of service industry and guide the effective demand. It is helpful to deepen the reform of social field, to promote the transformation of government function, and to integrate and utilize social resources. It is of great significance to strengthen the consciousness of public participation, stimulate economic and social vitality, increase the supply of public services, and improve the level and efficiency of public services. The healthy development of social organizations can not be separated from the financial support of government purchasing services, and the promotion of the transformation of government functions and the purchase of social power services are also inseparable from the healthy development of social organizations.
