论乌兰夫对马克思主义民族理论的丰富和发展

【摘要】：作为卓越的民族工作领导人,乌兰夫在长期的民族工作实践中,始终注意从我国多民族的特殊国情出发,特别是从内蒙古的实际出发,把马克思主义的民族理论同中国民族问题的具体实际相结合,丰富和发展了马克思主义民族理论。适时重申和强调民族问题的长期性,为重视社会主义时期的民族问题奠定了思想基础;正确界定社会主义民族问题的性质和内涵,为合理解决新中国的民族问题提供了基本遵循;明确提出大力发展少数民族地区的经济文化,为切实消除民族间事实上的不平等指明了根本途径;开辟了实现民族区域自治的道路、致力于民族区域自治机关的民族化、重视民族区域自治的法制建设,为我国少数民族地区推行民族区域自治树立了成功典范。
[Abstract]:As an outstanding leader of ethnic work, Ulanhu, in his long-term practice of ethnic work, has always paid attention to proceeding from the special national conditions of our country's multi-nationalities, especially from the reality of Inner Mongolia. The national theory of Marxism has been enriched and developed by combining the national theory of Marxism with the concrete reality of national problems in China. Reaffirming and emphasizing at the right time the long-term nature of national problems, thus laying an ideological foundation for attaching importance to national problems in the socialist period, and correctly defining the nature and connotation of socialist national problems, It provides a basic basis for the rational solution of the ethnic problems in the new China, and clearly proposes to develop the economy and culture of the ethnic minority areas in order to effectively eliminate the de facto inequality among the ethnic groups. It opens the way to realize regional national autonomy, devotes itself to the nationalization of national regional self-government organs, pays attention to the legal system construction of ethnic regional autonomy, and sets a successful example for the implementation of ethnic regional autonomy in minority areas of our country.
