增强乡镇财力才能更好提高公共服务能力

【摘要】：农村税费改革后,乡镇财力下降更加明显,影响了乡镇机构的正常运行和公共服务供给。要根据乡镇承担的公共服务职责,对乡镇财权进行调整,加大乡镇政府财政收入分成比例。
[Abstract]:After the reform of rural taxes and fees, township financial resources decreased more obviously, which affected the normal operation of township institutions and the provision of public services. It is necessary to adjust the township financial power and increase the proportion of township government revenue according to the public service responsibilities of the township.
