江苏省公务员结构化面试研究
[Abstract]:Based on the urgent demands of the current social development process and the current situation of civil servant recruitment in China, the country urgently needs to continuously reform, innovate and perfect the existing interview methods for civil servants. Compared with unstructured interview, the reliability and validity of structured interview are better. However, there are still some shortcomings in the current structured interview: the evaluation elements of the interview questions and the examination positions, the relative degree of the examinee's actual ability, the emphasis of the interview process on the "skill" and the "virtue"; The examiner mainly measures the comprehensive quality of the examinee based on the performance of the examinee in the examination room, but the examiner's score is easily influenced by its subjective factors. It is not accurate to evaluate the examinee synthetically through a single interview. It is also more difficult to screen out with the post requirements match the talent. How to effectively select suitable civil servants through structured interview and establish and perfect the system of selecting and employing civil servants more scientifically and reasonably is an urgent practical requirement at present. Based on the current practical application of structured interview for civil servants, this paper makes a study of the key processes in the practice of structured interview for civil servants in Jiangsu Province, such as the formulation of topics, evaluation methods, scoring standards, various links in organizing work, and so on. And the review of the interview scene in Jiangsu Province in 2016, the interview of examiners, the investigation of examinee questionnaire, the level of defect of structured interview, the level of interview question, the level of examiner team, the level of grading consistency, the level of system and mechanism. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the structured interview of civil servants in Jiangsu Province, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions and suggestions on how to improve and perfect the current structured interview for civil servants in Jiangsu Province. In order to reduce the current civil servant structured interview in Jiangsu Province, bring a fair, fair and open interview environment.
