国外公共部门协同创新研究及对我国的启示

【摘要】：协同创新已成为近年来西方国家公共部门创新的一种模式。行政主导型创新模式无法适应新形势下公共部门创新的需求,协同为我国当前公共部门创新模式的转型提供了一条新路径。本文以厘清公共部门协同创新的内涵为基础,从理论溯源、协同方式、制约因素、过程管理和创新主体间的信任关系等方面对国外公共部门协同创新研究进行梳理,进而思考对我国公共部门协同创新的启示。
[Abstract]:Collaborative innovation has become a model of public sector innovation in western countries in recent years. The administrative dominant innovation mode can not meet the needs of public sector innovation under the new situation, and it provides a new path for the transformation of the current public sector innovation mode in China. On the basis of clarifying the connotation of public sector collaborative innovation, this paper combs the foreign public sector collaborative innovation research from the aspects of theoretical traceability, collaborative mode, constraints, process management and trust relationship between innovation subjects, etc. And then thinking about the enlightenment to the public sector collaborative innovation in our country.
