国家认同建构的政治传播路径研究

【摘要】：在很大意义上,政治学可以理解为一门关于国家的学科。而作为垄断权力的唯一合法共同体,国家之所以能够完成对权力的合法垄断,国家认同在其中的作用显而易见。这种一个人确认自己归属某个国家的过程,同时也是一种人种、民族、文化、意识形态的心理建构过程。按照学界的理解,上述心理建构过程可以表达为"族群标的、文化标的和制度标的"的建构。这三个"标的"的建构过程也是一种政治传播的过程,政治传播对于国家认同的意义由此凸显。根据传播媒介的发展史,政治传播可以被划分为前印刷媒介时期、印刷媒介时期和电子媒介时期。在前印刷媒介时期,建筑作为一种重要的传播媒介被古希腊城邦国家广泛用来建构其国家认同的标的;古罗马继承了这条建筑传播路径,但为了适应其广土众民的现实,而对国家认同的建筑传播路径进行了改进。其中的典型建筑形象及其政治传播意义的代表,是雅典和庞贝。印刷媒介时期,随着印刷机的发明,小册子、报刊等印刷品的大量涌现彻底改变了政治传播路径,以至于近代"民族—国家"的型塑很大程度上得益于印刷媒介的革命性变革。同时,相对于传统的神像、圣泉、建筑等象征物,国旗是符号路径在印刷媒介时期的新生,古老而传统的政治传播路径对于国家认同的建构作用再次彰显。电子媒介时期,广播、电影、电视、互联网等媒介电光石火的特性,对"族群标的、文化标的、制度标的"的建构提出了新的挑战,并对当代国家认同产生了复杂的影响和作用。
[Abstract]:In a large sense, politics can be understood as a discipline about the state. As the only legal community of monopoly power, the role of state identity is obvious. This process of confirming one's own belonging to a country is also a process of psychological construction of race, nationality, culture and ideology. According to academic understanding, the above psychological construction process can be expressed as the construction of ethnic group, culture and system. The construction process of these three "targets" is also a process of political communication, which highlights the significance of political communication to national identity. According to the history of media development, political communication can be divided into pre-print media period, printing media period and electronic media period. In the pre-print media period, architecture as an important media was widely used by the ancient Greek city-states to construct the object of their national identity. And the national identity of the architectural communication path has been improved. Athens and Pompey are the representative of the typical architectural image and its political communication significance. During the period of printing media, with the invention of printing press, pamphlets, newspapers and other printing materials, the emergence of a large number of printed materials completely changed the path of political communication, so that the modern "nation-state" model largely benefited from the revolutionary changes in the printing media. At the same time, compared with the traditional symbols, such as gods, holy springs, architecture, the national flag is the symbol path in the printing media period, the ancient and traditional political communication path for the construction of national identity is again highlighted. During the period of electronic media, the characteristics of electrooptic fire in the media such as broadcasting, film, television, Internet and so on, put forward new challenges to the construction of "ethnic group target, culture target, system target". And the contemporary national identity has a complex impact and role.
