水库农村移民生活水平恢复研究

【摘要】：移民生活水平恢复情况是衡量移民安置效果和质量的重要因素。利用某县某水库移民生活水平恢复情况连续10 a的定点跟踪监测数据,通过对移民收支结构等进行拟合分析,预测了搬迁后移民生活水平恢复到原有水平所需要的年限。结果表明,该水库移民的生活水平恢复存在短暂下降后持续上升现象,亦工亦农移民的生活水平恢复期快于常年外出务工的移民,后者恢复期又快于单纯以务农为生的移民;2014年该水库移民的生活水平高于预期,甚至超过当地居民平均水平,原因在于国家坚持开发性移民工作方针,对库区经济社会发展采取了一系列优惠政策和扶持措施。
[Abstract]:The recovery of immigrant living standard is an important factor to measure the effect and quality of resettlement. Based on the fixed point tracking and monitoring data of the recovery of the living standard of a certain reservoir in a certain county for 10 years, and by fitting and analyzing the income and expenditure structure of the migrants, the paper predicts the years needed for the resettlement to return to the original level after the relocation. The results showed that the standard of living of migrants in the reservoir recovered after a brief decline and continued to rise, and the recovery period of living standards of migrant workers was faster than that of migrants who had been working outside the village for many years. The recovery period of the latter was faster than that of those who lived solely on agriculture; in 2014, the living standard of migrants from the reservoir was higher than expected, or even higher than the average level of local residents, because the country adhered to the policy of developing migration. A series of preferential policies and supporting measures have been adopted for the economic and social development of the reservoir area.
