“个体化”视角下民族地区水库移民社会适应的理论研究

【摘要】：当前的中国社会正处在急剧的转型之中,变化之一是“个体化”趋势的出现。不同于传统的个体发展模式和表现,现阶段出现的“个体化”趋势具有了全新的特征：社会公共领域的削减与社会控制系统的松动,以及个体自我决策意义的扩大。在“个体化”过程中, “祛传统”和“去集体化”的影响尤其突出。基于“个体化”的理论视角,民族地区水库移民的社会适应具有了新的社会意象,也遭遇了新的挑战。本文以“个体化”理论为基础,研究个体化对民族地区水库移民社会适应的影响,分析其原因,探讨个体化社会背景下水库移民社会适应的对策。文章以个体化社会所导致的社会关系弱化、个人关系功利化和“自我决定”的特征为基本分析维度,进一步对个体化社会对民族地区水库移民社会适应的挑战进行分析。文章分为三个部分：第一部分对“个体化社会”概念及其理论渊源进行梳理,同时对中国社会个体化进程的表现形式、特点以及社会后果进行分析；第二部分从个体化理论的视角阐述了个体化社会对民族地区水库移民社会适应的影响,主要突出了个体化进程中“自我中心主义”对于移民社会定位于角色认同的深远影响；第三部分以个体化社会所产生的社会风险为基础,针对民族地区水库移民的社会现实,探讨民族地区水库移民应对个体化影响的适应策略。
[Abstract]:The current Chinese society is in the process of rapid transformation, one of the changes is the emergence of the "individualization" trend. Different from the traditional individual development mode and performance, the current trend of "individualization" has new characteristics: the reduction of the social public sphere, the loosening of the social control system, and the expansion of the meaning of individual self-decision-making. In the process of individualization, the influence of "dispelling tradition" and "de-collectivization" is especially prominent. Based on the theory of individualization, the social adaptation of reservoir immigrants in ethnic areas has new social images and new challenges. Based on the theory of "individualization", this paper studies the influence of individualization on the social adaptation of reservoir immigrants in minority areas, analyzes its causes, and probes into the countermeasures of social adaptation of reservoir migrants in the context of individualized society. Taking the weakening of social relations, the utilitarianism of personal relations and the characteristics of "self-determination" as the basic analysis dimensions, this paper further analyzes the challenges of individualized society to the social adaptation of reservoir immigrants in minority areas. The article is divided into three parts: the first part combs the concept of "individualized society" and its theoretical origin, at the same time, analyzes the manifestation, characteristics and social consequences of the process of individualization in Chinese society; The second part expounds the influence of individualized society on the social adaptation of reservoir immigrants in minority areas from the perspective of individualization theory, which highlights the profound influence of "egocentrism" on the orientation of immigrant society in the process of individualization. The third part is based on the social risk caused by individualized society, aiming at the social reality of reservoir immigrants in ethnic minority areas, discusses the adaptation strategies of reservoir migrants in minority areas to cope with individualized influence.
