【摘要】:个性教育强调尊重人和人的个性,提倡个性潜能的发掘和良好个性优势的发展,主张培养良好个性全面和谐发展的人。在我国现今的个性教育中,存在着两种极端中国式病态倾向,即"将个性消融在集体主义中"及"将个性发展为极端自我主义"。审视个性教育的中国式隐忧,寻找合适的中国式超越路径,成为当今个性教育的发展方向。确立价值取向,指引个性教育健康发展;寻求机制,促进个性教育积极进行;探寻学校制约条件,提供个性教育生存的环境;改进课堂教学与管理,带动个性教育的真正运转;改善教育评价,巩固个性教育的良性进展。
[Abstract]:Personality education emphasizes respect for human and human personality, advocates the development of personality potential and the development of good personality advantages, and advocates the cultivation of good personality, all-round and harmonious development. In our current personality education, there are two extremes of Chinese style ill conditioned tendency: "melt personality in collectivism" and "develop personality into extreme egoism". It is the direction for the development of personality education to look at the Chinese style of personal education and find the right way to transcend the Chinese style. The establishment of value orientation, the healthy development of personality education guidelines; seeking mechanism, promote positive personality education; explore the school conditions, to provide personalized education environment; improve classroom teaching and management, driven by the real operation of personality education; improve the educational evaluation, positive development of the consolidation of personality education.
