政府教育投资与私人教育投资的关系研究

【摘要】：文章利用1991-2011年的教育投资及其相关数据,对我国政府教育投资与私人教育投资的关系进行分析得出,无论长期还是短期内,政府教育投资对私人教育投资都有挤出效应,同时,私人教育投资目前并未对财政性教育投资起到引导作用。为此,建议转变教育投资观念,完善教育投资发展战略;拓宽教育融资渠道,缩小区域教育投资差距;强化教育投资调控,发挥国家财政主导职能。
[Abstract]:The use of 1991-2011 years of education investment and related data, analyze the relationship between the education investment of our country government and private education investment, whether long-term or short-term, government investment in education on private education investment has a crowding out effect, at the same time, private education investment is not to play a guiding role in financial education investment. Therefore, it is suggested that we should transform the concept of educational investment, improve the development strategy of educational investment, broaden the financing channels for education, narrow the gap of regional educational investment, strengthen the regulation of educational investment, and play the leading role of the state finance.
