【摘要】:校园"糟粕文化"是与社会主流价值文化相对应的概念,泛指广泛存在于校园环境中的各种不良文化。校园"糟粕文化"形成的原因较为复杂,从源头上分析可划分为内外两种类型,一方面是由于内部教育体制缺陷导致的教育对象不良影响,另一方面,则是在市场经济体制下,外部多元文化价值观逐渐向校园文化中渗透,导致大量"糟粕元素"与校园文化结合。"糟粕文化"元素是校园文化体系中的"毒瘤",对社会人才培养存在较大的负面作用,必须予以清除,使其逐渐回归社会主义核心价值观的主流轨道。笔者基于校园"糟粕文化"的内容、成因、影响等展开研究,并结合"十三五"精神文明建设要求,提出有效的治理方案。
[Abstract]:The "dregs culture" of the campus is a concept corresponding to the mainstream value culture of the society. It refers to various kinds of bad culture widely existing in the campus environment. The reasons for the formation of the "dregs culture" in the campus are quite complex. The source analysis can be divided into internal and external two types, on the one hand, because of the defects of the internal education system caused by the adverse impact of the object of education, on the other hand, in the market economy system. The external multicultural values gradually infiltrate into the campus culture, resulting in a large number of "dregs element" and the campus culture. The "dregs culture" element is the "malignant tumor" in the campus culture system. There is a great negative effect on the cultivation of social talents, which must be eliminated so that it can gradually return to the mainstream track of socialist core values. The author bases on the content of "dregs culture" on campus and causes the causes. The influence and so on are studied, and combined with the requirements of the spiritual civilization construction in the 13th Five-Year Plan, the effective management scheme is put forward.
