“适合的教育”:内涵、困境与路径选择

【摘要】："适合的教育",即适合学生的教育,是我国教育改革的重要价值取向。"适合的教育",首先是合乎人性的教育,其次是适合学生群体特点的教育,再次是适合学生个体的教育。三者具有词典式顺序,不可颠倒,也不可偏废。班级授课制是"适合的教育"的制约因素,阻碍着"适合的教育"的实施,但并不由此否定和废除班级授课制。我们只能在班级授课制的框架下进行改革,寻求可行的出路,包括确立"以学生为本"的理念,建立基本标准和多样性统一的教育制度,进行课程、教学和评价的改革,凸显个性的差异。
[Abstract]:The "right of education", which is suitable for students of education, is the important value orientation of education reform in our country. "The first is suitable for education, humane education, the second is suitable for students of education, again is suitable for students of individual education. The three have the dictionary order, can not be reversed, too can not be neglected. The class teaching system is the" constraints for education "," the implementation of hindering suitable education ", but does not negate and abolish the class teaching system. We can only teach reform system under the framework of the class, to seek a feasible way, including the establishment of the" student-centered "concept, to the establishment of basic curriculum standards and diversity unified education system, the reform of teaching and evaluation, the differences highlight the personality.
