【摘要】：近年来我国教育技术学专业学士学位授权点数量趋于稳定,新增与撤销并存。目前国内教育技术学专业建设的研究多针对地方高校和师范类高校,且主要集中在专业如何建设以及建设中存在问题的探讨,而对近年来不少高校的专业停办缺少分析。专业停办是否是专业衰弱的直接表征?其背后的深层原因究竟是什么?为了考察这一问题,以A综合研究型大学教育技术学本科专业从筹建、发展到停办的实践历程为个案,综合运用多种方法全方位分析了其专业停办的深层原因。研究发现,A大学教育技术学本科专业的停办源于专业设计、学生因素、教师因素、外部环境、学科特点等多个方面,其中师资短缺以及教师个人发展压力是关键要素,而综合研究型大学的定位与教育技术学学科特点间的矛盾则可能是专业停办的深层原因。A大学教育技术学本科专业的建设经验与教训启示:新专业的创办要打造专业特色,注重课程设置与人才培养目标的契合,关注专业口碑,有效做好学生思想沟通工作等;另外在综合研究型大学可以尝试"2+4"教育技术人才培养模式,即从本科后两年开始专业教育,同时打通本硕连读通道,培养中高端教育技术专业人才,为教育技术学事业培养领军人物。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of bachelor's degree authorization points of education technology in China tends to be stable, and the increase and revocation coexist. At present, the research on the construction of educational technology major in China is mostly aimed at local universities and normal universities. And it mainly focuses on how to construct the specialty and the problems existing in the construction, but it lacks the analysis of the professional suspension of many colleges and universities in recent years. Is the professional suspension a direct sign of the professional weakness? What is the deep reason behind it? In order to investigate this problem, this paper takes the practice course of the undergraduate major of educational technology in A comprehensive research university from preparation, development to suspension as a case study. Comprehensive use of a variety of methods to analyze the deep-seated causes of its professional suspension. The study found that the suspension of undergraduate major in educational technology in A University originates from professional design, student factors, teacher factors, external environment. Among them, the shortage of teachers and the pressure of teachers' personal development are the key factors. However, the contradiction between the orientation of comprehensive research universities and the characteristics of the subject of educational technology may be the deep reason for the discontinuation of specialties. The establishment of a new major should create professional characteristics. Pay attention to the conformity of curriculum design and talent training goal, pay attention to professional reputation, and effectively do the students' ideological communication work; In addition, in the comprehensive research university, we can try the "24" educational technology talent training model, that is, starting professional education from undergraduate to two years later, at the same time, we can open up the channel of continuous reading and train middle and high-end educational technology professionals. To train leaders for the cause of educational technology.
