教育现代化概念新解

【摘要】：教育现代化概念在学术界尚未形成统一的定义,有从教育变迁过程解读,有从教育发展水平上去判断,有从现代教育具有的特性去认识和把握,由此形成教育现代化概念界定的过程论、水平论、特质论等。世界先进教育水平是各种论点的共识,基于此建立的"教育现代化三维度水平论"易于理解、操作性强,能够为制定教育现代化推进策略和评估标准提供理论指导。
[Abstract]:The concept of modernization of education has not yet formed a unified definition in academic circles. It has been interpreted from the process of educational change, judged from the level of educational development, and recognized and grasped from the characteristics of modern education. Therefore, the process theory, the level theory, the characteristic theory and so on are formed. The advanced education level in the world is the consensus of all kinds of arguments, and the "three-dimensional degree level theory of education modernization" based on this theory is easy to understand. Strong operability, can provide theoretical guidance for the formulation of educational modernization promotion strategies and evaluation standards.
