【摘要】：思想政治教育主体间的有效互动沟通是保障学校思想政治教育这一复杂协同组织协作系统正常运行的不可或缺要素。当前,思想政治教育主体间互动沟通还存在着一定程度的障碍问题,主要表现为沟通意识欠缺、沟通渠道不畅、沟通方向单一和沟通信息失和等。因此,借鉴组织系统理论,搭建科学化的全通道式教育主体沟通机制,就成为提升学校思想政治教育主体沟通水平的题中之义。建立全通道式思想政治教育主体沟通机制,需要树立全员沟通意识、搭建系统化沟通渠道以及健全制度性保障机制。
[Abstract]:The effective interaction and communication among the subjects of ideological and political education is an indispensable factor to ensure the normal operation of the complex cooperative organization and cooperation system of the school ideological and political education. There are still some obstacles to the interactive communication among the subjects of ideological and political education, such as the lack of communication consciousness, the poor communication channels, the single direction of communication and the disharmony of communication information, etc. Therefore, the organizational system theory is used for reference. To set up a scientific communication mechanism of all-channel main body of education is the key to improve the communication level of the subject of ideological and political education in schools. To establish a communication mechanism of all-channel type of subject of ideological and political education, it is necessary to set up the awareness of communication among all members. Set up systematic communication channel and perfect system safeguard mechanism.
