秦皇岛市中职生心理健康现状及教育对策研究

【摘要】:中职生心理健康状况不仅是中职生综合素质的体现之一,也是衡量中职学校心理健康教育工作效果的指标。中职学校的学制一般为三年,也有少数专业为两年和四年,其学生年龄大多处于14到18岁之间。处于青春期的他们心理状态不稳定,需要学校对他们进行合理有效的干预和引导,以达到中职生心理健康成长的目的。本研究拟通过分析中职生的心理健康现状和心理健康教育现状来找出其中可能存在的问题,并根据这些问题对日后中职学校心理健康教育工作提出相应的对策。现以秦皇岛市三所中职学校的学生为调查对象,采用完全随机抽样的方法,随机抽取三个年级的学生作为被试,对调查结果进行统计分析。在此基础上提出中职学校心理健康教育工作的一些相关建议。本研究的结果如下:第一,有17.21%的中职生可能存在中度以上心理问题,其中4.54%可能存在严重心理问题。同时中职生的心理健康状况不存在性别差异,存在城乡差异、独生与非独生子女差异和年级差异。第二,秦皇岛市中职学校的心理健康教育工作仍有一些问题没有解决,问题包括:学校教育制度存在一定偏差、心理健康教育途径广度不够、学生满意度不高、师资队伍力量相对薄弱等。第三,统计分析结果表明中职生心理健康状况与心理健康教育工作呈极显著正相关,说明中职学校的心理健康教育工作真真切切的影响着中职生心理健康的成长与发展。第四,在宏观和微观两个方面提出秦皇岛市中职学校心理健康教育工作的对策,宏观上完善中职学校心理健康教育体制;微观上针对中职生心理健康现状提出对策,多策并用促进心理健康教育。
[Abstract]:The mental health status of students in secondary vocational schools is not only one of the embodiment of the comprehensive qualities of vocational school students, but also to measure the effect of health education in secondary vocational school psychological indicators. Vocational school education is three years, there are a few professional for two years and four years, the students are mostly in the age 14 to 18 years old. In the period of their mental state the school needs stable, reasonable and effective intervention and guidance to them, in order to achieve the vocational school students' psychological health growth. This study through the analysis of Vocational Students' mental health status and mental health education to find out the possible problems, and these problems in the corresponding countermeasures of psychological health education of secondary vocational school the day after. Taking Qinhuangdao three secondary vocational school students as the research object, by completely random sampling method, three students were randomly selected as grade Try to carry on the statistical analysis of the results of the survey. On this basis, puts forward some relevant suggestions of secondary vocational school education of psychological health. The results of this study are as follows: first, there are 17.21% students may have moderate psychological problems, 4.54% of them may have serious mental problems. Mental health status at the same time, there is no gender difference in the secondary vocational school students there are differences between urban and rural areas, and between the only child and non only child differences and grade. Second, Qinhuangdao city secondary school mental health education still has some problems have not been solved. The problems include: school education system has certain deviation, breadth of way of psychological health education is insufficient, student satisfaction is not high, relatively weak teachers force third. Statistical analysis, results show that significantly positive correlation with the mental health status of secondary vocational school students and mental health education, mental health education in secondary vocational schools show Effect of education as well as the growth and development of mental health of vocational students. Fourth, put forward the Countermeasures for health education in secondary vocational schools in Qinhuangdao city in two psychological macro and micro aspects of the macro system of school mental health education in secondary vocational schools; microscopic view of mental health status of students in secondary vocational schools and puts forward some countermeasures for promoting policy and psychology health education.
