德育的科学性在哪里

【摘要】：正我们的德育工作必须转向,要根据不同年龄段的身心发展特征做好整体规划,更加突出"个体",从个体的成长背景中寻找根源和解决办法。2014年12月,在一次全国性论坛上,一位校长站在台上,激动地抛出了一个问题:"难道德育就只能靠校长的悟性搞吗?"台下,上百位校长给了他最热烈的掌声。德育难,难就难在它仿佛羚羊挂角无迹可寻。于是,我们习惯了凭经验、靠模仿,去开展德育工作,却很少深思德育的科学性问题,只好归结于
[Abstract]:Our moral education work must turn to making overall plans according to the characteristics of physical and mental development of different age groups, giving more prominence to "individuals," and looking for root causes and solutions from the growth background of individuals. In December 2014, at a national forum, Standing on the stage, a principal excitedly raised a question: "can moral education be done only by the principal's understanding?" On the stage, hundreds of principals gave him the warmest applause. If moral education is difficult, it is difficult to find it as if the antelope hanging angle is nowhere to be found. As a result, we are used to carrying out moral education by experience and imitation, but we seldom reflect on the scientific nature of moral education, so we can only attribute it to the scientific nature of moral education.
