应用型本科院校教育技术专业人才培养方案研究

【摘要】：应用型本科高校应面向地方经济和区域经济,以就业为导向,培养知识、能力和素质全面发展,掌握并熟练应用高新技术的人才。应用型本科院校教育技术专业人才培养应从就业方向、培养目标、课程设置等几个方面入手,更新人才培养观念,明确人才培养方案制定原则,树立"应用型"育人理念,科学定位人才培养目标,优化课程结构,构建易于实现特色化培养的课程体系。
[Abstract]:The applied undergraduate colleges and universities should face to the local economy and the regional economy, take the employment as the guidance, train the talented person who the knowledge, ability and quality develop in an all-round way, master and skillfully apply the high and new technology. The cultivation of talents of educational technology major in applied undergraduate colleges should start from the aspects of employment direction, training goal, curriculum setting, etc., renew the concept of talent training, make clear the principle of talent training scheme, and establish the idea of "applied type" education. Scientific orientation of talent training objectives, optimization of the curriculum structure, easy to achieve the characteristics of the training of the curriculum system.
