【摘要】:师生关系是一个经久不衰的研究问题。师生关系将要贯穿中学生全部的学习生活,在学校环境中这种重要的关系将给学生带来深入、广泛的影响。近年来教师和学生之间的矛盾不断激化,校园内教师与学生之间恶性冲突案件不断发生更是引起了全社会对师生关系极大地关注。以往师生关系研究主要从人际关系、心理关系、社会关系的角度开展,具体到地理课堂师生关系,研究者主要将研究点放在地理课堂的师生互动性研究、地理课堂有效教学研究、地理课堂探究学习研究等具体的地理课堂教学方法及教学策略上面,关于地理课堂师生关系受那些因素影响系统研究较少。而师生社会距离近年来研究的重点还停留在师生社会距离远近的合理性方面,教师与学生在课堂中应该保持何种社会距离较为合适尚无统一定论。本文在明确春蕾班学生与地理教师之间在文化、阶层、教育背景、观念方面的差异所以会产生社会距离感的前提下,将社会距离这一社会学概念引入地理课堂师生关系研究中,通过问卷调查收集数据进行实证研究的方式,对昆明女子中学春蕾班地理课堂环境下的师生社会距离及师生关系总体情况、师生社会距离及师生关系受到哪些因素影响、师生社会距离及师生关系之间的关系作了探索分析。重点研究了以下几个问题:(1)春蕾班地理课堂师生社会距离及师生关系整体现状。(2)学生因素(民族、年级、成绩水平、干部身份、生源地)、地理教师因素(性别、教学风格、领导方式)、家庭因素(家庭完整情况、经济状况、父母职业、父母学历)是否会对春蕾班地理课堂师生社会距离及师生关系造成影响,以及这种影响存在的现实原因。(3)春蕾班地理课堂师生社会距离与师生关系之间是否存在某种关联,及这种关联存在的现实原因。(4)如何通过实证结果构建地理课堂和谐师生关系。研究结论显示,年级、成绩、学生干部身份、完整家庭与否、地理教师教学风格会对春蕾班地理课堂师生社会距离及师生关系起显著性影响;地理课堂师生社会距离能显著预测师生关系。最终笔者提出了贯彻合作平等、理解尊重的基本观念;根据不同地理知识结构使用不同的教学方法、教学设计并且构建多元化、发展性地理学习评价;加强师生以及学校和学生家庭之间的沟通、交流这四点措施构建地理课堂和谐师生关系。笔者希望本研究能够开阔师生关系的研究视角,也希望在将来的研究中继续探索地理课堂师生关系还受哪些其他因素的影响、师生社会距离产生的原因这些更深层次的问题。
[Abstract]:The teacher-student relationship is a long-lasting research problem. The teacher-student relationship will run through the whole study life of the middle school students. In the school environment, this kind of important relationship will bring deep into the students. Extensive influence. In recent years, the contradiction between teachers and students has been intensified. The continuous occurrence of vicious conflicts between teachers and students on campus has aroused great concern of the whole society on teacher-student relationship. In the past, the research of teacher-student relationship mainly started from the angle of interpersonal relationship, psychological relationship and social relationship. Specifically to the relationship between teachers and students in geography classroom, researchers mainly focus on the geography classroom teacher-student interaction research, geography classroom effective teaching research. Geography classroom inquiry learning research and other specific geography classroom teaching methods and teaching strategies above. There are few systematic studies on the relationship between teachers and students in geography classroom. However, the focus of the research on the distance between teachers and students in recent years is the rationality of the distance between teachers and students. Teachers and students in the classroom should maintain a more appropriate social distance is not a unified conclusion. This article in the clear spring bud class between students and geography teachers in the culture, class, educational background. The concept of social distance is introduced into the study of teacher-student relationship in geography classroom under the premise of social distance. The way of empirical research is to collect data by questionnaire. The social distance between teachers and students and the relationship between teachers and students in the geography classroom environment of Spring Bud Class in Kunming female Middle School are analyzed. What factors affect the social distance between teachers and students and the relationship between teachers and students. The relationship between teacher-student social distance and teacher-student relationship is explored and analyzed. The following questions are emphatically studied: (1) the social distance between teachers and students and the overall present situation of teacher-student relationship in Spring Bud class. The nation. Grade, achievement level, cadre status, geography teacher factors (gender, teaching style, leadership style, family factor) (family integrity, economic status, parents' occupation). Whether or not it will affect the social distance between teachers and students and the relationship between teachers and students in the geography class of spring bud class. And the realistic reason that this kind of influence exists. (3) whether there is some relation between the social distance between teachers and students and the relationship between teachers and students in the geography classroom of Spring Bud class. How to construct a harmonious teacher-student relationship through empirical results. The research results show that grades, grades, student cadre status, complete family or not. The teaching style of geography teachers will have a significant impact on the social distance between teachers and students and the relationship between teachers and students; The social distance between teachers and students in geography classroom can predict the relationship between teachers and students significantly. Finally, the author puts forward the basic concept of carrying out the equality of cooperation and understanding respect; According to different geographical knowledge structure, using different teaching methods, teaching design and construction of diversified, developmental geography learning evaluation; Strengthen the communication between teachers and students, school and students' families, exchange these four measures to build a harmonious teacher-student relationship in geography classroom. I hope this study can broaden the research perspective of teacher-student relations. It is also hoped that in the future research we will continue to explore the further problems such as what other factors affect the teacher-student relationship in geography classroom and the causes of the social distance between teachers and students.
