广元市城区中小学足球运动开展现状及对策研究

【摘要】:中国足球虽经历了21年的职业化历程发展,期间也取得了一定成绩,但仍然面临诸多困难,近些年来中国足球所面临的困境,特别是中国足球的各级国字号队伍在近几年的国际比赛中屡屡失利,成绩不尽人意,这使得全社会陷入思考,中国足球运动开展何时方能走上良性循环。足球运动必须从娃娃抓起,这是一个共识。纵观世界上的足球强国,无一不是重视基础体育建设,构建健全的青训体系。广元市位于四川以北,它具有十分重要的战略地位,其经济和教育与国家一类城市还存在较大差距,尤其是中小学足球运动开展还处于初级阶段。为更好地响应国家政策,积极储备足球后备人才,推动广元市足球运动可持续又快又好发展,进一步为校园足球开展提供一定理论参考,以及为广元市有关部门制定相关政策提供一定依据。本文采用文献法、访谈法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、数理统计法以及逻辑分析法对广元市22所校园足球布点中小学校的部分领导、体育教师、学生及家长进行问卷调查,其中对广元市体育主管部门的领导、足协工作人员、资深足球裁判、体育教师等10多位专家进行访谈。通过研究分析,得出以下结论:广元市校园足球开展处于初级阶段,领导重视程度有待提高,比赛组织者单一,参与面小而固定;学生参与度不高,组织形式单一;场地设施设备不足,分布不均匀;足球活动开展和训练教材不统一、缺少教学大纲及指导性文件;多数体育教师无裁判等级和教练员资质,足球开展缺乏外部支持;体育教师队伍年轻化,非专业化现象严重,职称较低,生存压力较大;体育教师学历不高,教学、科研研究相对薄弱;经费来源渠道单一,经费保障不足;宣传推广力度不够,宣传的形式单一社会支持不到位。根据以上结论提出相应对策:一是加大正面宣传力度,提高社会各界认知度;二是加强领导重视程度,做好部门协调统一和齐抓共管;三是建立有效激励机制和考评体系,确保中小学足球运动可持续发展;四是健全竞赛体制,完善比赛体系,保证校园足球运动健康发展;五是全方位多形式开展校园足球活动,提高学生广泛参与性和兴趣性;六是做好一切后勤保障工作,助推校园足球运动有效开展;七是着重提升足球师资水平和素养,力求足球训练规范化系统化;八是妥善解决学训矛盾,排除学校家长学生三者顾虑;九是加快足球专门人才引进,夯实校园足球运动软件实力;十是增加校园足球科研投入,为校园足球开展提供理论支撑和保障。
[Abstract]:Although Chinese football has experienced 21 years of development during the occupation, but also has made some achievements, but still faces many difficulties in recent years, China football dilemma, especially at all levels Guozihao team Chinese football have fallen, in recent years the international competition performance is unsatisfactory, which makes the whole society into consideration China, when will the soccer sports development into a virtuous circle. Football must grab from baby, this is a consensus. Throughout the world soccer powers, not pay attention to the basic sports construction, build a sound youth system. Guangyuan city is located in the north of Sichuan. It is also an important strategic position. There is a big gap between the economy and education and a national city, especially football in primary and secondary schools is still in the initial stage. In order to better respond to national policy, active reserve football reserve talents, push Guangyuan City Football sustainable and fast development, to further carry out the campus football to provide a reference for the relevant departments of Guangyuan City, and provide a basis for the formulation of relevant policies. This article uses the literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, field survey method, part of the leadership, mathematical statistics and logical analysis and layout School of 22 Guangyuan City Campus football sports teachers, parents and students conducted a questionnaire survey, the Department of Guangyuan City Sports Leadership, the football association staff, senior football referee, sports teachers and more than 10 experts were interviewed. Through research and analysis, draw the following conclusions: Guangyuan City Campus football development is at the primary stage, leadership attention needs to be raised, the organizers in single, small and fixed; students' participation is not high, the single form of organization; lack of venues and facilities, distribution Uneven; soccer activities and training materials are not unified, the syllabus and the lack of guidance documents; the majority of PE teachers of referees and coaches without qualification, football to carry out the lack of external support; Young PE teachers, non professional title is low, serious phenomenon, survival pressure; physical education teacher education is not high, teaching. Scientific research is relatively weak; funding sources, lack of funding; promotion is not enough publicity, in the form of a single social support is not in place. According to the above conclusion and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures: one is to increase the positive publicity, improve the community awareness; the two is to strengthen the leadership attention, good coordination of departments and make concerted efforts; the three is to establish an effective incentive mechanism and evaluation system, to ensure the sustainable development of football in primary and secondary schools; four is to improve the competition system, perfect competition system, To ensure the healthy development of the campus football; five is the full range of multi forms to carry out campus football activities, improve students' participation and interest; the six is the best of all logistical work, boosting the campus football effectively; seven is focused on enhancing the level and quality of football teachers, to football training standardization system; eight is to properly resolve the contradiction between learning and training, out of school students' parents three concerns; nine is to accelerate the development of football talents introduction, reinforce the campus football software strength; ten is to increase the campus football investment in scientific research, carried out to provide theoretical support and guarantee for the campus football.
