【摘要】:英语教师的素质能力直接关涉英语教学质量。实现中学英语教师团队的专业化发展,在促进英语教育长效发展的同时,可以保障英语教育的专业化发展。随着我国社会发展水平的不断提升,教育教学改革已成为我国新常态下促进教育发展的重要改革举措之一。作为我国教育发展的主要组成部分之一的农村中学英语教育,虽受到了地方乃至国家相关部门的高度重视,但由于农村地区偏远的区位状况和落后的经济发展状况,中学英语教育的发展也面临着较多问题。为保障农村中学英语教育的健康、有序、长远发展,逐步提升农村中学英语教师的专业化素质是必要手段之一。论文从云南省农村中学英语教育教学环境出发,通过随机抽样的方法选取150位来自云南省16个地州(市)的脱产置换研修项目的学员作为调查对象,调查内容主要包括以下方面:知识覆盖、英语教学职业观、英语教学能力、教师自我发展意识及课堂教学方法等。在调查的基础上,结合农村中学英语教师专业发展状况,全面了解云南省农村中学英语教师专业发展过程中遇到的问题、阻碍。并以此为基础,剖析限制其专业发展的根本原因,并为云南省农村中学英语教师的专业发展提出相应的建议和对策,以促进云南省农村中学英语教师专业化发展。
[Abstract]:The quality of English teachers ability is directly related to the quality of English teaching. The professional development of middle school English teachers team, in promoting the long-term development of English education at the same time, can guarantee the professional development of English education. With the social development level of China's rising, the educational reform has become one of the important initiatives to promote the development of education I in the new normal. As the English education in rural middle school is one of the main part of China's education development, is highly valued by the local and national relevant departments, but due to the remote location in rural areas and backward economic development, the development of English education in middle school is also facing many problems. For the English education in rural middle school protect the healthy, orderly, long-term development, and gradually improve the rural middle school English teachers' professional quality is one of the necessary means. The paper from Yunnan Province Rural middle school English teaching environment, selected 150 from 16 prefectures in Yunnan province by random sampling method (city) full-time replacement program students as the research object, research content mainly includes the following aspects: knowledge coverage, English teaching occupation outlook, English teaching ability, teachers' self development consciousness and teaching method etc.. On the basis of the survey, combined with the professional development of English teachers in rural schools, to fully understand the process meets the rural high school English teachers' professional development in Yunnan province problems and obstacles. And on this basis, analyze the reason why the limits of their professional development, and put forward the corresponding suggestions and Countermeasures of the professional development of middle school English teachers in rural areas of Yunnan Province in order to promote the rural middle school English teachers' professional development in Yunnan province.
