荆州市普通高中体育高考生运动训练与文化学习现状研究

【摘要】：高校体育招生考试是普通高校招生考试的重要组成部分,也是我国体育事业人才选拔的一种重要途径,是我国体育事业可持续性发展的重要手段。本文以荆州各县市区各普通高中体育高考生的运动训练和文化学习现状为研究对象,通过调查法,文献资料法,统计分析和谈话法等多种研究方法,以荆州市普通高中体育高考生为调查对象,对体育生的选材标准,文化成绩基础,文化课组织形式,专业素质,专业课组织形式,时间安排、训练的动机与途径、学校领导对体育生重的视情况、场地器材配备以及其他影响体育高考因素进行调查,得出以下结论：1、荆州市普通高中体育高考生文化课基础较为薄弱,文化课成绩与体育专业成绩不能均衡发展是阻碍体育高考生高考录取的主要原因。2、荆州市普通高中体育高考生选材存在着选拔门槛不高,特别是对体育高考生文化成绩要求不高的现状。3、荆州市普通高中体育高考生在训练形式上以集体训练为主,不利于考生专业的成长进步。在训练时间的安排上不合理,占用学生文化课学习时间进行运动训练现象严重。部分考生参加运动运动训练时间较短,导致过度训练的产生,造成学生运动疲劳和运动损伤。4、荆州市部分体育高考生文化课学习形式不合理,采取分散学习导致体育高考生文化课学习与体育运动训练时间冲突时有发生。5、荆州市普通高中体育高考生在文化课学习中普遍存在着学习主动不够,学习习惯不良、学习目标不明以及文化课基础薄弱等问题。
[Abstract]:The college physical education enrollment examination is an important part of the general college enrollment examination, and is also an important way to select sports talents in our country. It is an important means for the sustainable development of sports in our country. This paper takes the current situation of sports training and cultural study of the college entrance examination students in various counties and cities of Jingzhou as the research object, through the investigation method, the literature method. Statistical analysis and conversation method and other research methods, taking Jingzhou ordinary senior high school physical education college entrance examination students as the investigation object, the selection standard of physical education students, the foundation of cultural achievement, the organization form of culture class, the professional quality. Professional class organization, time arrangement, training motivation and approach, school leaders' view of the importance of physical education, site equipment and other factors affecting physical education college entrance examination were investigated, and reached the following conclusion: 1. Jingzhou ordinary senior high school physical education college entrance examination students' cultural course foundation is relatively weak, the culture class achievement and the sports specialized achievement cannot balance the development is the main reason which hinders the sports college entrance examination student to enroll in the university entrance examination. Jingzhou ordinary senior high school physical education college entrance examination student selection exists the selection threshold is not high, especially to the sports entrance examination student cultural achievement request not high present situation .3. Jingzhou ordinary senior high school physical education college entrance examination students in the training form of collective training, which is not conducive to the growth and progress of professional candidates, training time in the unreasonable arrangement. The phenomenon of taking up the study time of students' culture course for sports training is serious. Some examinees take part in sports training for short time, which leads to the generation of overtraining, resulting in sports fatigue and sports injury of students. Part of Jingzhou sports college entrance examination students' culture class study form is unreasonable, take the dispersive study to cause the sports college entrance examination student culture lesson study and the sports training time conflict to occur from time to time 5. 5. In Jingzhou ordinary senior high school physical education college entrance examination students generally have some problems such as insufficient learning initiative poor learning habits unclear learning goals and weak foundation of cultural classes and so on.
