初中作文激励性评价研究

【摘要】:作文教学在语文教学中具有举足轻重的地位,而作文评价又是作文教学的一个重要组成部分,新课标强调要发挥评价的激励功能,写作评价要重视学生写作兴趣的培养。但作文评价的现状却不容乐观,其激励功能没有得到充分的显现。存在以下问题:教师对学生心理需求认知不足,表现为作文评语含混模糊、千篇一律、缺乏针对性,作文讲评没有考虑各个层次学生需要被赏识心理;在作文评价过程中只重结果,不重过程;重视横向比较、忽视了纵向比较。作文激励性评价就是要以学生为本,以不同的方式,多角度、多层面激励学生,激发其写作兴趣,为作文的良性发展创造条件,基于此,本文以笔者所在学校为基点,从“在作文准备阶段渗透激励性评价”、“在作文修改阶段融入激励性评价”、“激励性评语的恰当使用”和“激励性评价在作文讲评中的运用”等角度,探讨如何建立有效的、有针对性的、可操作的作文激励性评价机制,使学生的作文潜能得到发展,也给教师的作文教学提供一定的借鉴。
[Abstract]:Composition teaching plays an important role in the language teaching, writing and evaluation is an important part of composition teaching, the new curriculum stressed the need to play the incentive function of evaluation and training of writing evaluation should pay attention to the students' interest in writing. But the composition of the present evaluation is not optimistic, the incentive function has not been fully revealed. The following problems: lack of teachers on students' psychological needs for cognition, writing comments are vague, monotonous, lack of pertinence, the composition evaluation did not consider all levels of students need to be appreciated only in the composition of psychology; results in the evaluation process, not the process; pay attention to the horizontal comparison, ignoring the longitudinal comparison. The composition of incentive evaluation is to based on the students, in different ways, multi angle, multi-level motivate students, arouse their interest in writing, to the benign development of composition to create conditions, based on this, this paper The author's school as the starting point, from the "preparation phase permeability incentive evaluation" in composition, "the revision stage into the incentive evaluation" in composition, the proper use of motivational comments "and" incentive evaluation in the composition evaluation in the use of "point of view, to explore how to establish effective and targeted. The incentive evaluation mechanism of operation composition, make students' composition potential development, but also to the writing teaching teachers to provide a reference.
