【摘要】：随着新课程改革的不断推进,对历史教师提出更高的要求,客观上也推动了历史教师的专业成长。在新课程的背景下,历史教师专业发展途径呈现多样化。课程资源开发能否促进历史教师的专业发展呢?笔者认为,历史教师的课程资源开发实践,有助于推动新课程改革,可以成为实现历史教师专业发展的一条有效途径。所以,本文首先对历史教师专业发展基本理论与路径进行了阐述和梳理。接着围绕历史课程资源这一核心概念进行了多方面分析,对历史课程资源进行了分类,同时提出了开发需要遵循的原则并举例加以说明,还指出课程资源开发与历史教师专业发展的关系。再接着结合一个历史老师的个案进行研究。最后笔者认为需要从历史教师、学校、社会三方面共同推动在课程资源开发中实现历史教师的专业发展。
[Abstract]:With the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform, the history teachers put forward higher requirements, objectively promote the professional growth of history teachers. In the context of the new curriculum. History teachers' professional development approaches are diversified. Can the development of curriculum resources promote the professional development of history teachers? The author believes that the history teacher's curriculum resources development practice is helpful to promote the new curriculum reform and can become an effective way to realize the history teacher's professional development. This paper first expounds and combs the basic theory and path of history teachers' professional development. Then it analyzes the core concept of history curriculum resources and classifies the history curriculum resources. At the same time, the principles to be followed by the development are put forward and illustrated by examples. It also points out the relationship between the development of curriculum resources and the professional development of history teachers. Then combining with a case study of history teachers, the author thinks that it is necessary to start from history teachers and schools. The three aspects of society jointly promote the professional development of history teachers in the development of curriculum resources.
