民勤县音乐教育现状调查及若干问题研究

【摘要】：民勤县是西北荒漠化最严重的地区,在这样一个环境恶劣的贫困小县城,人们渴望通过知识改变命运,教育成了民勤万千学子冲出瀚海大漠,奔向五洲四海的跳板,教育事业在政府社会的高度关注下,取得了令人瞩目的成就,教育也因此成为民勤的一张“名片”。2001年国家教育部颁布《全日制义务教育音乐课程标准(实验稿)》,以此为标志,我国开始了轰轰烈烈的基础音乐教育改革。然而就是在这样一个高度重视教育的地区,也存在着诸多缺失和遗憾,其中一块便是音乐教育。本文从审美教育的基点出发,重点考察了新课程背景下民勤县中小学音乐教育的现状,指出了其中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策与建议。全文共分四个部分：导言部分探讨了本研究的缘起,阐明了本研究的目的与意义,介绍了研究的现状,研究的理论依据及方法。结合论文的研究内容阐述了相关的理论依据,简要地介绍了本论文的研究方法和研究过程。第一部分是对民勤县音乐教育现状的调查与结果分析,在考察访谈和已获取的问卷统计数据的基础上,全面剖析了民勤县中小学音乐教学的现状、特点、问题。第二部分从社会经济生活、传统思想观念以及教育教学方面分析民勤县中小学音乐教育存在问题的原因。第三部分是对民勤县中小学音乐教育的反思与建议。认为民勤县基础音乐教育要从更新固有观念,建立新的人才认定标准；提升教师教学艺术,优化音乐师资队伍：开展丰富多彩的校园艺术活动；因地制宜的将二胡作为当地教学乐器方面入手,促进民勤基础音乐教育的进步。期望通过对民勤县教育资源、成果优厚但素质教育环节薄弱的现象的论述,引发相关人士的思考和重视,使教育名县名副其实。为民勤县中小学音乐教学的全面性、长久性的发展贡献自己的力量。
[Abstract]:Minqin county is one of the most serious desertification area in the northwest, small poor county such a harsh environment, people eager to change the fate of knowledge, education to thousands of students out of the desert in Minqin desert, all over the world to the springboard, education in government social attention, has made remarkable achievements, so education as a "name card" in.2001, the national Ministry of Education issued "music course standard of full-time compulsory education (experimental draft) >, as a landmark, China began the reform of basic music education with vigour and vitality. But is in such a highly valued education area, there are also many deficiencies and regrets, which it is a piece of music education. From the point of aesthetic education, focuses on the current situation of music education in primary and middle schools under the background of the new curriculum in Minqin County, points out the existing problems,. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. This paper is divided into four parts: the introduction part discusses the origin of this study, to clarify the purpose and significance of this study, introduces the research status, theoretical basis and research methods. According to the research contents of this paper describes the relevant theoretical basis, this paper briefly introduces the thesis the method and process of this research. The first part is the investigation and analysis of present situation of music education in Minqin County, based on interviews and have obtained the questionnaire on the statistical data, a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of music teaching in primary and middle schools in Minqin County, the characteristics of problems. The second part from the social and economic life, traditional ideas and education analysis of the causes of the problems of teaching music education in primary and secondary schools in Minqin County. The third part is the reflection and suggestions of music education in primary and secondary schools in Minqin County. Think of basic music education from Minqin County Update concepts, establish new talent standards; to improve teachers' teaching art, optimization of music teachers: to develop rich and colorful campus art activities; local erhu as local musical instrument teaching aspects, advance the basic music education progress. Through the resources of the Minqin County Education, achievement quality education is weak but good phenomenon the discussion, thinking and attention by people, the county education is comprehensive. Worthy of the name of Minqin County Primary and secondary school music teaching, permanent development contribute.
