【摘要】："临床型教师研修"是基于教学实践的教师"在场"合作研究模式。它强调,所有参与研讨活动的人员都要遵从《分享规则》,都是"主持人";在学生立场前提下,研修者要学会倾听,善于发现对方的亮点;研修者在提出合理的借鉴策略时,需要给予示范演示。学会倾听、善于分享、注重演示的合作研讨方式,对于建立充满信赖的研修氛围,提高课堂教学指导力具有重要的借鉴价值。
[Abstract]:"Clinical teacher training" is a cooperative research model of teachers'"presence" based on teaching practice. It emphasizes that all participants should follow the "sharing rules" and be "moderators". Under the premise of students' standpoint, the researcher should learn to listen and be good at discovering the bright spots of the other side. When the researcher puts forward the reasonable reference strategy, he needs to give demonstration demonstration, learn to listen, be good at sharing, pay attention to the cooperative discussion mode of demonstration, and establish the atmosphere of research full of trust. It is of great value to improve the guiding ability of classroom teaching.
