对基础教育国际化的理性思考和路径探讨

【摘要】：基础教育国际化是我国坚持改革开放、全面贯彻邓小平提出的"三个面向"的必然选择。推进基础教育国际化,要重点抓好几个关键环节:一是要在理解和坚哥本国教育特色及传统文化的基础上进行中西结合;二是强调公办教育机构的引领作用,积极开展各种实践性探索;三是把握课程设置这一核心,处理好引进课程与国家统编课程的关系等;四是要不断提升教师的国际化素养,尤其要重视外籍教师的管理和培训。
[Abstract]:The internationalization of basic education is an inevitable choice for China to adhere to the reform and opening up policy and carry out Deng Xiaoping's "three orientations" in an all-round way to promote the internationalization of basic education. We should focus on several key links: first, we should combine Chinese and Western culture on the basis of understanding the educational characteristics and traditional culture of our country; The second is to emphasize the leading role of public educational institutions and actively carry out various practical exploration; Third, we should grasp the core of curriculum setup and deal with the relationship between the introduced curriculum and the national integrated curriculum. Fourth, it is necessary to continuously improve teachers' international literacy, especially the management and training of foreign teachers.
