浅议内地新疆高中班教学中和谐师生关系的构建

【摘要】：师生关系是否和谐,不仅会影响到教学工作的进展程度和质量,而且在内地新疆高中班教学中,还关系到民族团结。本研究的目的很明确,就是要发现当前内高班的师生关系存在哪些问题,然后用分析、实验的方式来解决问题。在研究中,本人具体采用了文献分析法、问卷调查法和实验法,分析了所存在的问题,以找到解决问题的方案。本文共分六个部分。绪论为第一部分,详细叙述了开展内高班和谐师生关系研究的背景、目的和意义;第二部分通过数据分析,总结了当前内高班师生关系存在的问题,并分析原因,找到对策;和谐师生关系构建的重要性和可能性分布在第三部分;第四、五两部分分别阐述了构建的理论依据和基本原则;第六部分阐述了构建的实践策略。通过本次研究,本人了解了内高班师生关系存在的问题,以及应对策略。在此期间本人也发表了论文,在内高班开展了相关的讲座,进行调查问卷后总结出了相关调查报告。通过研究,本人深刻体会到在师生关系中,教师的情感投入、对学生的关爱、与学生的相互尊重非常重要。
[Abstract]:Whether the relationship between teachers and students is harmonious will not only affect the progress and quality of teaching work, but also affect national unity in the teaching of senior high school classes in Xinjiang, the purpose of this study is very clear. That is, to find out what problems exist in the teacher-student relationship in the current higher classes, and then to solve the problems by means of analysis and experiment. In the study, I specifically used the literature analysis method, the questionnaire survey method and the experimental method to analyze the existing problems. In order to find a solution to the problem, this paper is divided into six parts. The introduction is the first part, which describes in detail the background, purpose and significance of the research on harmonious teacher-student relationship in the senior high school. This paper summarizes the problems existing in the teacher-student relationship in the higher school, analyzes the reasons, and finds out the countermeasures. The importance and possibility of constructing the harmonious teacher-student relationship are distributed in the third part; 4th, The fifth and second parts explain the theoretical basis and the basic principles of the construction, the 6th part expounds the practical strategy of the construction. Through this study, I understand the problems existing in the teacher-student relationship in the higher school. And coping strategies. During this period, I have also published papers, conducted relevant lectures, conducted questionnaires, summed up the relevant investigation report. Through the research, I have a deep understanding of the relationship between teachers and students, Teachers' emotional involvement, care for students, and mutual respect with students is very important.
